Terms and conditions
The following Terms and conditions set out a legal contract between you (the customer) and Aardvark Cleaning Services ltd.
Bookings are not confirmed until a full address and contact number have been provided. On high value jobs a non refundable deposit may be required.
By making a booking it is assumed that your appliance/flooring/upholstery is in good condition. We reserve the right to refuse to undertake any work that may go against our working standards.
Any fault or damage will be shown to the customer upon discovery. Aardvark do not accept responsibility for electrical faults that can occur during cleaning.
A minimum of 48 hours is required to change/cancel any appointment. After this time full or part payment of the original quotation will be charged.
Payment is required upon completion by cash or card, unless previously agreed by Dan directly. Late payments will incur a daily fee of 10%.
